The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at add to cart page and checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Interiors by Elizabeth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S
Domestic Shipping Policy
If an individual is outside of the continental United States, then the shipping rate will be as per the calculated rate from USPS.
To initiate a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number along with the item(s) code or description. We'll respond as soon as possible and provide a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) along with shipping instructions.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return items. You may use the carrier of your choice, or you can request a return label from us. If you decide to use our return label the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Be sure to include your RMA# on the shipping carton.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you originally paid outbound shipping this amount is non-refundable. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Only regular priced items may be returned. All “sale” items are considered final sale and non-refundable.
