We are happy to offer exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as was received. Be sure to include the original packaging. To prevent damage to the product please use the same method of packaging as when it originally arrived.

To initiate a return please email customerservice@interiorsbyelizabeth.com and reference your order number along with the item(s) code or description. We'll respond as soon as possible and provide a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) along with shipping instructions.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return items. You may use the carrier of your choice, or you can request a return label from us. If you decide to use our return label the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Be sure to include your RMA# on the shipping carton.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you originally paid outbound shipping this amount is non-refundable. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. All “sale” items are considered final sale and non-refundable.
